Victor Walker is one of the many artist who's artwork has been purchased by the Fulton County Arts and Culture's Fine Art Acquisition Program. On January 26th Victor's pieces along with 114 collected pieces from various artist will be on display at the county's Fine Art Acquisition Program Exhibition.
